All our machines of the Rolling range have wheels for your transport. These wheels are easily removed for use in the base. All the lamination models are built to make tube fusions from small 2 «IPS (63mm) tubes to 65» OD (1600mm) tubes with 88.00 Iba of fusion power. Thanks to the laminated you can do any kind of work.

THE CHASSIS WITH WHEELS GIVES EASY WORK HANDLES
For longer pipes of medium and large diameters, this type of machine provides the necessary comfort in the workplace thanks to its portability. For each melting area the rolled machines are towed very simply, remaining stationary as they melt and the pipe rods are dragged.

POWER OPTIONS
GAS AND ELECTRIC MODELS AVAILABLE
For our most popular models, the 412 and 618, we have electric and gas models to power the heater, the facer and the hydraulic pump. This allows choosing the source of energy according to the specific needs of each workplace. Electric models need a power source, a separate generator, or power outlet. They are the best option when the work that is going to be done is inside, since it does not produce fumes. The gas models have a stand-alone generator and receptacles of 120V and 240V and are better for outdoor work.

THE EASIEST WAY TO RECORD & ANALYZE ALL YOUR FUSION JOINT DATA
All of the medium- and large-diameter Rolling machines are compatible with McElroy DataLogger. This is a small handheld computer that is responsible for documenting and analyzing the key parameters that are happening throughout the merger process. Later all this data is used to verify that all steps and fusion procedures are adequate before installation. The joint DataLogger records can be stored and analyzed in Vault, our server on the Internet. This allows a better classification, faster and easier, a labeling and an exchange of joint records by machine, articulation, operator, device or work.

CARRIAGE CAN BE REMOVED TO WORK ON SMALL SPACES
All our laminating machines have a car with 4 jaws that can be easily removed to make mergers in ditches and small spaces. A fixed jaw and external skate that can be removed, transforming the machine into a 3-jaw car, more compact and small for other types of mergers.
